Informational message: This status is used by the slave, rack and CEC to identify invalid command modifier values in commands directed to the node. An APX command will be rejected by the CEC without transmission on the network if the modifier field contains an invalid address. The information found in this error log entry may be used by product engineering to debug system power control network (SPCN) failures.
