 An invalid command was encountered. 

		Response
 Informational message: The command 
is not valid for transmission on the network. The following conditions are 
detected by the CEC node during hypervisor command processing. The command 
is rejected directly by the CEC node for the following reasons: 

The command from the hypervisor was not defined. 

The RPF or RPN command from the hypervisor specified R = 0. (Programming 
cannot power the system off via this mechanism). 

The LSP subset command (0x'1X') was not addressed to a specific node. 

The APX command was not addressed to RRRR=01-3FFF, UU=0. 

A QSX command was not addressed to RRRR=0 , UU=D. 

The information found in this error log entry may be used by product 
engineering to debug system power control network (SPCN) failures.
