Explanation

Primary Service Processor has detected that the Redundant Service Processor has access to more resources in System Nodes. A Failover to Redundant Service Processor may happen and the new Primary Service Processor may boot the System Nodes.

The FRU callouts are calculated at the time of the failure. See the error log for the actual replacement strategy.
