Explanation

Firmware encountered an error in syncing Primary Service Processor's data to Redundant Service Processor. Failover to Redundant Service Processor will not happen on a failure of Primary Service Processor.

The FRU callouts are calculated at the time of the failure. See the error log for the actual replacement strategy.
