Explanation
A slot containing an I/O Processor (IOP) is assigned to the partition.
Power 7 hardware does not support IOP card causing the IPL of the partition to fail.
Problem determination
The slot identified by the location code in the
error log entry contains an I/O Processor (IOP). This slot must be removed
from the partition either by physically removing the IOP from the slot or
removing the slot from the partition's configuration. After the IOP has been removed,
retry the IPL.
