HSCL 07xx
This section lists the HSCL 07xx error codes.
Note: The following error messages and recovery actions might include procedures
that are not available on the DS8000®
management console. If in doubt, contact the next level of support. If you are
instructed to shut down the management console, then you must first verify that the customer is not
currently performing DS8000 actions through
the management console ESSNI connection.

| 07D1 | This logical partition profile is currently active in its logical partition and cannot be modified or deleted. To make the profile inactive, bring the partition to the Not Activated state, and then repeat the operation. | Partition profiles that are active in a logical partition
cannot be deleted.

| 07D2 | This logical partition profile is the logical partition's default profile and cannot be deleted. If you still want to delete it, change the default profile for this logical partition or, if necessary, create another logical partition profile to be the default profile. | All logical partitions must have at least one partition
profile, which is designated as the default profile because it is the profile
implicitly used when the logical partition is activated with no profile
specified.

| 07D3 | The logical partition profile could not be found in the management console save area. The management console is either out of sync with the console save area, or the console save area has been corrupted. Rebuild this logical partition profile's managed system. |

| 07D4 | A profile named {0} already exists for this logical partition in the management console save area. Choose a different name for the new system profile. |

| 07D8 | Deleting default profile associations within the current context is not allowed. | |
| 07D9 | Setting a default profile association is only allowed during create. | |
| 07DA | The logical partition profile used for the operation cannot be found in the profile data. |

| 07DC | An attempt to modify a profile failed. |

| 07DD | The LPAR profile's processing resources setting is not valid. Check profile processing resource setting. |

| 07DE | The LPAR profile's 5250 CPW setting is not valid. Check profile processing resource setting. |
|
| 07DF | Virtual slot 0 and 1 are set to default as virtual serial adapters when a partition is created. No modification can be made regarding these 2 slots. | |
| 07E0 | The partition profile could not be found in the database. Perform a rebuild managed system operation, and try again. |

| 07E1 | An error occurred while changing the default profile for the partition. Please retry the operation. |

| 07E2 | Required processor information in the LPAR profile is not set. Please check your profile and try again. |

| 07E3 | Failed to delete LPAR profile, {0}, from partition, {1}. |

| 07E5 | The critical I/O setting is incorrect. Check the setting and try again. |
