About this task

Note: This SRC should occur only during a parts exchange or during a failed code update that left the RPC card non-operational.

Procedure

Ensure that all cables are properly connected to the RPC card.
Check the location label on each cable and compare to the figures.
Are the cables connected correctly?
  • Yes. Exit this MAP and replace the RPC card in the FRU list.
  • No. Repeat the exchange part procedure of the RPC card and ensure the cables are connected.
