This section lists the BE7xxxxx system reference codes.

These SRCs normally occur while the customer is using the DSCLI to logically configure the storage.

The SRCs listed in the tables can be caused by hardware problems. Look for open related serviceable events to repair.

There are BE5xxxxx and BE7xxxxx codes that are not actual SRCs. They are internal codes used to present status to the ESSNI GUI logical configuration options. They are not expected to display in a serviceable event. The DS8000 Messages Reference document lists cross references from the eight-character code to the message code and text. The SRCs may also be listed in the PE database or Web site document BE5xxxxx & BE7xxxxx Logical Configuration Error Codes. If the BE5xxxxx and BE7xxxxx codes are not listed in either location, contact your next level of support.

If the SRC listed in a serviceable event is missing from the following table, ask your next level of support for assistance.
Note: Next level, inform development of any SRCs not defined in the table.
