How to start the service information center

During a repair and verify process, only specific information center pages for the serviceable event FRU list are displayed. The guided repair process does not support automatic starting of the entire service information center. To view additional information center topics during a repair and verify process, you can manually launch the information center.

Procedure

Use one of the following methods to start the service information center:

Click Help from the upper right task bar that is located on any of the primary HMC navigation links. The primary navigation links include Welcome, Storage Facility Management, HMC Management, Service Management, and Updates.
Click view the online help from the management console pre-login screen.
