MAP1460 Isolating e-mail report errors
A problem was detected, a serviceable event was created and an e-mail copy of it was sent to e-mail destination provided by the customer. The customer may have given you a copy of the e-mail or may just have told you that an e-mail occurred. The HMC login will be used to display and then repair the serviceable event.

Procedure
Use the following information to begin the problem repair. If you
have a copy of the e-mail problem, you might be able to plan the service action
prior to arriving at the storage facility that is reporting
the problem. The serviceable event should
have been "called home" already, so a service representative may have already
been notified. To repair the serviceable event,
go to MAP1210 Displaying and repairing a serviceable event.
