About this task
This MAP is called for a concurrent code load (CCL) update that has been automatically
suspended. The other serviceable events will be repaired first, and then this MAP will be used last.
The information in this serviceable event will be used by the next level of support if the repair
cannot be completed and the next level of support is called.

About this task
There is an error powering off the managed system due to a CEC being
in a state unknown to code load. Follow these instructions to collect an FSP
dump.
Procedure
- Create Service Processor card Dump.
- From the navigation area, click .
- From the right work area, select the CEC.
- From the bottom Task area, click . The Manage Dumps window
opens.
- From the menu bar, select . The Initiate
System Controller Dump window opens.
- Follow the instructions and click OK.
- After the action starts running, it will take several minutes
for the action to complete. Click Refresh to get the
latest dump status.
- Offload Service Processor card Dump.
- Select the FSP dump from the Manage Dumps window.
- From the menu bar, select .
- Contact your next level of support.
